Credit purchases

VideoAIPro sells prepaid video credits. Once credits are added to your account after a successful payment, they are available for immediate use.

Non-refundable AI generation costs

AI video generation costs are non-refundable. When you use credits to generate a video, those credits are consumed to cover real-time compute and third-party API costs. We cannot reverse or refund credits after a generation job has been successfully submitted.

Unused credits

Unused credits in your account are generally non-refundable. If you believe a billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge without credits added), contact us within 14 days at billing@videoaipro.com and we will review your case.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a platform error before job submission, contact support — we may restore the credit at our discretion.
