Acceptable Use Policy

What this policy covers

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, script, and upload you send to VideoAIPro. Videos are AI-generated with licensed stock AI presenters, labelled as AI. Uploads are limited to product images (packaging, objects, logos).

What you may create

You may create product videos, ads, and explainers for products, services, and brands you are allowed to promote. Presenters are licensed stock AI avatars, and they are labelled as AI.

What is not allowed

You may not use VideoAIPro to generate, or ask it to generate, any of the following:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Harmful content, including content that promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activity
• Content that depicts or identifies a specific individual without authorization
• A presenter or a voice made from someone's photo, video, or voice recording
• Stock AI avatars presented as a specific individual
• Deceptive content, including content meant to mislead a viewer about who is speaking
• Content that infringes someone else's rights

VideoAIPro is an independent product. It provides an interface to third-party AI models and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers.

How we enforce this policy

We screen prompts before a video is generated. We may refuse a prompt, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks this policy. If a prompt is refused, revise it and try again. Questions: support@videoaipro.net.
