Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of VideoAIPro at videoaipro.net. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who operates VideoAIPro

VideoAIPro is a brand operated by Mohammed Elgazzar, an individual based in Egypt. These terms are a contract between you and that operator.

The service

VideoAIPro is a software-as-a-service product that generates short AI videos from text you provide. You can create product videos, ads, and clips with stock AI avatars. One video uses one credit. The result depends on your prompt, available generation capacity, and the credits in your account. Videos use licensed stock AI presenters only. Uploads are limited to product images (packaging, objects, logos).

Plans and pricing

Credits are sold in packs. Orders are placed on WhatsApp. Prices are in US dollars.

• Starter — $29 for 3 videos
• Pro — $79 for 10 videos
• Business — $149 for 25 videos

A monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it. Open Billing in your account and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the plan does not renew after that. A one-time top-up is a single purchase and does not renew. If Billing shows no active subscription, your packs are one-time purchases and nothing renews.

Revisions

A free sample video includes no revisions, except when we correct a factual mistake we made, such as a wrong product name or a wrong price.

Each video in a paid package includes 1 free revision if you request it within 3 days of delivery. That revision may change script text, voice or dialect, on-screen text, or the presenter.

A major change counts as a new video from the package. A major change is a different product or a totally new concept.

A second revision of the same video, and every revision after that, costs half a video credit.

Payments

Orders are placed on WhatsApp. Pay via Wise (Gulf) or InstaPay (Egypt); credits are added after payment is confirmed. VideoAIPro does not store your full card number.

Accounts and credits

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Credits are not transferable. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Videos use licensed stock AI presenters only. Uploads are limited to product images (packaging, objects, logos). Content that depicts or identifies a specific individual without authorization is not permitted. Presenters are stock AI avatars, and they are labelled as AI.

You may not use VideoAIPro to create the following, and you may not ask the product to do so:

• Content that depicts or identifies a specific individual without authorization
• A presenter or a voice made from someone's photo, video, or voice recording
• NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Harmful content, including content that promotes violence or illegal activity
• Deceptive or illegal content
• Stock AI avatars presented as a specific individual

We may refuse a prompt, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy at /refund. You may request a refund within 14 days for unused credits. Credits you have used are non-refundable, except when a render fails because of a technical error. Credits for a failed render are returned to your account automatically.

Liability

VideoAIPro is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages of third-party generation providers.
