Refund Policy

What you buy

VideoAIPro sells credit packs for short AI videos, including product videos, ads, and avatar clips. Prices are in US dollars. Orders are placed on WhatsApp.

• Starter — $29 for 3 videos
• Pro — $79 for 10 videos
• Business — $149 for 25 videos

Pay via Wise (Gulf) or InstaPay (Egypt); credits are added after payment is confirmed.

Unused credits — 14 days

You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase for credits from that purchase that you have not used. Email support@videoaipro.net with the email on your account and the date of the purchase. We return an approved refund after we confirm the request.

Used credits

Credits you have used to generate a video are non-refundable.

Failed renders and technical errors

If a render fails because of a technical error, the credits charged for that render are refunded to your account automatically. You do not need to request that credit refund. If the credits do not return, email support@videoaipro.net and we will restore them.

Cancel a subscription

To cancel, sign in, open Billing, and choose Cancel subscription. The subscription ends at the close of the current period and does not renew. One-time packs do not renew. This is separate from a refund. Unused-credit refunds are described above.
